Refund Policy

This guarantee covers landlord subscription plans (Starter and Pro) and one-off service fees (such as tenancy application fees and property valuation fees) bought through our checkout. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our office at thewestendconsultinglekki@gmail.com with your order details, and we will help you through it.

You can cancel a landlord subscription at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a new payment and would like your money back rather than keeping access, the 30-day guarantee above applies. Plan upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated against what you have already paid.

Rent and service-charge payments in naira are made to us directly — through Paystack, bank transfer or as agreed in your tenancy agreement — and are not Paddle orders. If you believe a rent or service payment was taken in error or twice, contact our office at thewestendconsultinglekki@gmail.com or +234 906 029 9748 with the payment reference and we will investigate and refund any confirmed overpayment to the account it came from.

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Paddle typically completes card refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank-transfer refunds are made to the originating account. Any refund of a naira rent payment is made in naira; card refunds for Paddle orders follow the currency of the original charge.
